Complete Shipping Solutions is seeking a self-motivated, experienced professional with strong interpersonal skills to serve as a liaison between Complete Shipping Solutions and our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing long-term relationships, overseeing the sales process, and handling client inquiries. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and acts as a point of contact for the company.

To excel in this position, you must be able to present our proprietary technology SMARTT shipping in a compelling way to prospective clients that eventually leads to their onboarding. You’ll need to be a whiz at answering questions about our services and be able to collaborate with our team to provide solutions to our clients.  You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, think critically and provide exceptional customer service.   • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by providing an exceptional customer care experience
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from lead generation and product demonstration to the onboarding of customer accounts to claims
  • Provide sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to customers, managing calendars and scheduling site tours
  • Develop innovative sales strategies for sourcing prospects and overall company growth measured by the amount of SMARTT shipping demonstrations completed and converted into customers
  • Take responsibility and initiative for acquiring internal company knowledge, industry trends, world economics as well as personal growth and development (books, seminars, workshops)
  • Build, implement and report on the status of a yearly plan broken into quarters based on a quota provided by Director of Sales & Marketing which includes following up on inactive accounts
  • Create and develop proposals that accurately reflect the services requested which includes content development, costing and research
  • Conduct market research that to inform which niche markets will be the focus of sales initiatives each quarter
  • Qualify leads, track progress, and maintain data in company ERP software (Netsuite)

Warehouse Specialists are responsible for receiving and putting away products, picking orders, loading, and offloading carriers, assisting customers, and following management’s disposition.   • Pick items from specific warehouse locations to be processed and shipped.
  • Organize stock within the warehouse and properly store goods in their designated location.
  • Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received.
  • Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensuring all goods are in excellent condition.
  • Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped.

You’ll need to have

  • The ability to lift to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy.
