Warehouse Specialist

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This team member will play a key role in strengthening the relationship between our company and our customers.

Warehouse Specialists are responsible for receiving and putting away products, picking orders, loading, and offloading carriers, assisting customers, and following management’s disposition. All equipment must be operated in a safe and disciplined manner. A Warehouse Specialist must also greet all visitors and customers with a positive attitude. CSS is built on great customer service.

Job Description

  • This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday

Your Roles and Responsibilities

  • Pick items from specific warehouse locations to be processed and shipped.
  • Organize stock within the warehouse and properly store goods in their designated location.
  • Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received.
  • Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensuring all goods are in excellent condition.
  • Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped.

You’ll need to have

  • The ability to lift to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy.
  • The ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and work primarily standing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse.

Billing Specialist

As a Billing Specialist, one must accurately and efficiently audit, enter and invoice bills to our customers. This role is required to address any issues that may cause concerns to the customer. Processing payments, responding to emails, and pulling reports is also an asset to this position.

Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for addressing and resolving customer concerns and inquiries in a timely, respectful manner. As our customers and carriers usually contact this team first, all members must have significant knowledge of our organization to perform their duties effectively. Additionally, this team looks after the quoting, dispatching, and tracking of all our freight.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and carriers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our carrier partners.
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Track and trace customers’ freight.
  • Schedule customer’s freight.
  • Supporting customers in setting up shipments through CSS SMARTT Shipping.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and online support.
  • Quote shipment requests from customers, including domestic, international, and overseas.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers.

You’ll need to have

  • High level of care and customer service experience required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding typing skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in MS Outlook.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.

The IT Specialist assists all company departments by ensuring that their computer software and hardware are functioning to perform their jobs. This role focuses on working on innovative solutions to help improve productivity and aiding management with reporting and information.

  • Provide computer support, training, and software solutions
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user applications and devices (MS Office 365, Windows 10, helpdesk ticketing system, others).
  • Identify and recommend IT solutions to resolve operational issues and improve overall business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware fault
  • Do regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Server and network infrastructure maintenance and support as required.

You’ll need to have

  • High level of customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fine attention to detail and strong organizational skills
