It would be helpful if when the help received tag comes into sight mid order. It can be responded to without losing everything on a shipment order being worked on. Should be able to respond to order which was waiting for help and then continue working on processing interrupted order. Quite frustrating if you have entered many details but lose all because of needing to react to response in urgent ship orders.

Hi Merlin,
Your insight into this challenge is greatly appreciated. We did not intend to make this oversight. We will fix that issue by having the ticket link open in a new tab instead of forcing the user out of their current working tab. This will prevent any loss of work.
