This role is integral to our operations, assisting clients with shipping quotes for domestic and cross-border logistics. The ideal candidate will bring over two years of logistics experience, demonstrate expertise in LTL and FTL transport, and be a quick learner with a positive attitude. Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely shipping quotes for domestic and cross-border shipments.
Demonstrate proficiency in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Full-Truckload (FTL) transport; international shipping experience is a bonus.
Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Communicate professionally with carriers and customers, both via phone and email.
Handle deadlines and time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
Apply problem-solving skills to develop solutions and suggestions for logistics challenges.
Maintain attention to detail and focus in a busy, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
