With most additional services, there is often a fee associated, which can easily be captured at the time of booking if you select the appropriate services. However, if they are captured after the fact, you will see them reflected on your invoice. It is important to educate your customers that when they are receiving their shipment anything additional required to get the freight off of the truck will result in a fee that you will be liable for.
