What is the Extra Insurance Advantage?

At Complete Shipping Solutions, we recognize our customers for their commitment to safe and responsible shipping.

Customers who remain claims free under the Program for a full calendar year and have a minimum insurance spend of $500 are eligible to receive a 10% freight credit on the total extra insurance charges paid during that period. It’s our way of turning your careful shipping practices into real savings.

Eligibility

To qualify, the following criteria must be met:

1. No claims for damage or loss have been filed during the entire calendar year (January to December).

2. The customer must spend a minimum of $500 in Extra Insurance charges during the calendar year to be eligible for the freight credit.

Freight Credit

1. The freight credit is calculated on all insurance charges paid between Jan 1- Dec 31 of the qualifying year.

2. The freight credit will be issued to your account within 60 days following the end of the calendar year, as long as your account is in good standing.

The insurance program runs from Jan 1 2025 to Dec 31 2025.
Invoice disputes are not considered claims.
