While Complete Shipping Solutions is a third-party logistics company, our freight team serves as a freight brokerage within our 3PL company.

Our platform will bring up the best rates and most suitable carrier for your specific needs, whether it’s a full truckload (FTL) or less-than-truckload (LTL) shipment.
Relationships with Carriers & Couriers: Over the years we have established strong relationships with our partners on behalf of our customers. We are connected to each one of them and greatly value our relationships. It is as a result that we are able to provide you with best-in-class rates and service.
Coordination and Documentation: We handle the entire logistics process on your behalf using SMARTT Shipping. Our platform automatically creates bills of lading and shipping documents in one consolidated place.
Tracking and Communication: Throughout the transportation process, we are able to assist you with tracking and tracing your shipments through our SMARTT Shipping platform and communicate with the Carriers on your behalf.
